When a customer does not pay their bill, you have a right to pursue collection. We have helped small businesses collect debts owed to their business for services or products provided. We know you do not have time to pursue these on your own and we also know the longer a bill goes unpaid, the less likely you are to be paid.

We also help consumers protect their rights when they owe money. There are federal and state rules that prohibit creditors from harassment. While the creditor may pursue collection, it must be done in accordance with the law. Just because you owe someone money does not mean you forfeit your rights.

If you are a creditor who is owed money and want to make sure your collection practices do not violate any rules, or a debtor who is being harassed by a creditor, contact Chad C. Freeman, Attorney at Law at our Lexington or Mocksville, North Carolina office.
